About Black Country Camping

Black Country Camping is an independent guide to campsites, glamping sites and caravan parks within easy reach of Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton.

What we do

We list campsites in the countryside around the Black Country. That means Kinver Edge, the Clent Hills, Wyre Forest, Cannock Chase, South Staffordshire and the Shropshire border. For each one we say what it takes (tents, caravans, motorhomes or glamping), what facilities it mentions, and what's nearby. We also write practical guides, like where the Black Country actually is and a camping kit checklist.

What we don't do

We are not a campsite, a booking agent or a shop, and we have no connection with any campsite listed here. We don't take bookings or payments. To book, use the link on each listing to go to the campsite's own website.

This domain was previously used by an unrelated camping-equipment retailer. That business still trades under its own name and website, and has no connection with this guide.

How campsites are chosen

We include a campsite only after checking its own website shows it currently operating. We don't accept payment for listings. Prices and phone numbers are deliberately left out, because they change too often to keep accurate. The campsite's own site is always the place to check them.

How the site is funded

The site carries advertising from Google AdSense. Advertisers have no say over which campsites are listed or what we write about them. See our privacy and cookies policy for how advertising cookies work.

Corrections and suggestions

If a listing is out of date, a site has closed, or you'd like us to consider a campsite we've missed, please get in touch. Campsite owners are welcome to send corrections too.
